Oregon Coast Bank is a locally-owned state chartered, FDIC-insured, community bank headquartered in Newport, Oregon. The Bank serves as its own stock transfer agent and questions may be directed to Jill Meengs, SVP and Chief Administrative Officer at 541-265-4815. The Bank was formed in July of 2002 and there have been limited sales of founders’ stock to date.
